Thank you for visiting us at PolysGems.com It is our vision to become a major force in the online lingerie retail business both here in the UK and across the globe. PolysGems was founded in October 2006 by two discerning lingerie collectors. Being buyers ourselves and sometimes spending large amounts on lingerie, we felt the experience was lacking in something. Some online companies state free gift wrap, which is nothing more than a piece of ribbon tied round tissue, some charge the earth to post your items with customer service and the willingness to go the extra mile often lacking.

It was by taking a fresh look at how we wanted our own online experience to be, resulted in where we are today. We have quickly developed our strategies in order to provide a service and product that is second to none.
