local call - Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm on 0845 3308336.
2. When will you send out my order?
Straightaway!
If we receive payment by 4pm (UK time) we will post to you
SAME DAY – This could well mean that your items will
be with you the very next day – Again our customers
love this about us.
3. Will my items arrive in tip top condition?
You
bet they will! All our items are carefully wrapped in layers
of tissue; we then ensure they reach you in perfect condition
by placing them in secure packaging such as a ‘jiffy
bag’ or a box. We also seal the package with security
tape to be absolutely sure.
4. I do not know what size she is, can you help?
Use

Postage/Shipping
We
send all orders over £15 out FREE of postage worldwide by Royal Mail 1st class. All orders over £50 will also
receive a free gift (Free gifts will vary depending on
stock) Please see our shipping terms for special delivery
items etc.
Standard
Packaging – All our orders are carefully packed
by our team. Your items will be wrapped in layers of coloured
tissue and securely enclosed in a ‘jiffy’ bag
or box – You will also be pleasantly surprised with
the ‘PolysGems’ final touch.
 Luxury
Gift Wrap Service - For an additional cost of just
£3.50 we will do all the above and then present your
items in a lovely gift box and then into an outer box for
protection. All you need to do is remove the outer carton
and your gift is ready for the recipient.
Payment
Our chosen
payment system is WorldPay. Using the secure WorldPay payment processing system enables us to accept payments by credit card and also telephone payments (should you wish to phone your order through, please complete your order online as usual, then enable 'Telephone Payment Option', then call one of our operaters on 0845 3308336 - We can accept telephone payments Mon-Fri 9am-6pm) – If you prefer you can send us a cheque
– As soon as your cheque clears through our bank we
will notify you and send out your items.

Returns
& Refunds
In the
unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchases, you may
return your items in the original condition unworn, unopened (sealed in original packaging)
with tags attached – We will then be happy to issue
you a refund or exchange. Please note: Due to hygiene reasons and the personal nature of some products, we cannot accept returns on any Bracli products.
If we believe the above conditions have not been met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
We allow
14 days from date of purchase for our UK customers to return
items and 30 days for our international customers.
Please
make sure we know who the returns have come from – So
include your name, address, order No. e-mail address and advise
whether you require an ‘exchange’ or a ‘refund’.
It
would be helpful to us if you can also state the reason for
return so we may improve our service to you in the future.
If we have made a mistake with your order we will remedy it
and cover your return postage costs.
Shipping Terms - UK Destinations
All orders under £15.00 will be charged at £2.50 and sent 1st Class Royal Mail.
Orders over £15.00 are sent 1st Class Royal Mail Free of charge.
Recorded Delivery will be charged at an additional £1.00.
Customers that require their orders guaranteed the next day can select Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next Day at the checkout. This service costs £7.25 on orders under £15.00 and £5.25 on orders over £15.00.
Shipping Terms - Overseas Destinations
All overseas orders under £15.00 will be sent by Airmail Small Packet and will be charged at £3.00.
International Signed For will be charged at just £6.50.
We will of course offer special terms for larger orders, please e-mail us should you wish to place an order over £300.00.
