We hope that you are completely happy with your purchases, however, in the unlikely event you are not, you may return your items in the original condition unworn, unopened (sealed in original packaging) with tags attached – We will then be happy to issue you a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons and the personal nature of some products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any hosiery items, Lola Luna & Bracli brand thongs, thongs sold as 'one size' or the Olivia Collection of products. We also would like to advise that you do not try on garments if you are wearing any type of fake tanning product, as marking the fabric will mean we are unable to accept your returns if the product/s are not in a resaleable condition.
Please ensure you take the same care that you would with any underwear related purchase, in that you keep on your own underwear when trying on our thongs, g-strings, swimwear or knickers & ensure that with swimwear that do not remove the hygiene strip untill you are sure the fit is right for you.
If we believe the above conditions have not been met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange and your item/s will be returned to you via a signed for/registered post service.
We allow 14 days from date of purchase for our UK customers to return items and 30 days for our international customers. We recommend that you use a signed for or registered post service for your returns as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. (Please note: It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that goods arrive back to us safely)
Please make sure we know who the returns have come from – So include your name, address, order number. e-mail address and advise whether you require an ‘exchange’ or a ‘refund’. Please note that returns may take up to 14 days to process and refunds can only be credited back to the original card used. These payments may take up to 3 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
It would be helpful to us if you can also state the reason for return so we may improve our service to you in the future. If we have made a mistake with your order we will remedy it and cover your return postage costs.
