Returns & Refunds
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchases, you may return your items in the original condition unworn, unopened (sealed in original packaging) with tags attached – We will then be happy to issue you a refund or exchange. Please note: Due to hygiene reasons and the personal nature of some products, we cannot accept returns on any Bracli products.
If we believe the above conditions have not been met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
We allow 14 days from date of purchase for our UK customers to return items and 30 days for our international customers.
Please make sure we know who the returns have come from – So include your name, address, order Number. e-mail address and advise whether you require an ‘exchange’ or a ‘refund’.
It would be helpful to us if you can also state the reason for return so we may improve our service to you in the future. If we have made a mistake with your order we will remedy it and cover your return postage costs.
